Dr. Sookyeong Park
Dr. Park is an experienced general dentist at Sunny Dental Care, known for her gentle approach
to comprehensive dental care. With a special focus on root canals, her philosophy is to provide
high-quality care in a comfortable, family-oriented setting while always striving to preserve
natural teeth.
Dr. Park's extensive background includes a DDS from Seoul National University School of
Dentistry (South Korea), where she also completed a three-year residency in Endodontics, and
earned both her Master of Science and PhD. She further honed her skills during her five years as
a clinical professor there. In 2022, she earned her DMD from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
With over 23 years of experience as a certified endodontic specialist in South Korea, Dr. Park
brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. She is committed to staying current with the latest
advancements, including a periodontics scholarship at the University of Pennsylvania and
further education in digital dentistry. Dr. Park understands that dental procedures can be
stressful and is dedicated to easing patient anxiety with her expertise and compassionate
approach. She also offers a range of cosmetic dental options to meet individual needs.
